We’ve been trying to stay away from Bellator for the most part lately, but one line caught our attention for tomorrows card which features a bantamweight interim title fight in the main event between Joe Warren and Rafael Silva. In addition, we decided to add a couple smaller plays today. We’ll be looking to make it 4 straight profitable events with the last 3 accounting for almost 30 units in total profit! The card goes down from the Revel Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey with the prelims airing on spike.com and the main card airing exclusively on Spike TV at 9pm ET.
In what is becoming typical of Bellator events, 3 of 4 main card fights had 1 fighter overweight at weigh in time. In all cases, the fighters were given an additional hour to cut more weight, but it remains to be seen if or how many of them are able to make their required weights.
Warren over Silva: Silva takes the fight on late notice, but likely keeps it close. No bet, but could be worth it if Warren climbs too much higher. Current best line 1.68 at Sportbet.com.
Galvao over Vasquez: Similar to Koreshkov, Galvao should easily win, likely by knockout. We bet 1 unit on the under here too. Under 2.5 rounds is at 2.25 at Pinnacle.
McGeary over Mucitelli: Expecting Mucitelli’s aggression and power to be too much and for him to get a quick knockout win. Put 2 units on the under 1.5 rounds which was at 2.50 last night on Bookmaker. This was a Tweeted play.
Caldwell over Pingitore: Can’t believe the line here, Pingitore is 13.00 at Sportsbook.ag. We won’t be betting it, but if you laid down a half unit, we wouldn’t blame you. Bellator tends to be unpredictable with seasoned veterans, never mind relatively inexperienced fighters.
