Bellator 118: Warren vs Silva Quick Predictions and Bets

We’ve been trying to stay away from Bellator for the most part lately, but one line caught our attention for tomorrows card which features a bantamweight interim title fight in the main event between Joe Warren and Rafael Silva. In addition, we decided to add a couple smaller plays today. We’ll be looking to make it 4 straight profitable events with the last 3 accounting for almost 30 units in total profit! The card goes down from the Revel Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey with the prelims airing on and the main card airing exclusively on Spike TV at 9pm ET.

In what is becoming typical of Bellator events, 3 of 4 main card fights had 1 fighter overweight at weigh in time. In all cases, the fighters were given an additional hour to cut more weight, but it remains to be seen if or how many of them are able to make their required weights.

Warren over Silva: Silva takes the fight on late notice, but likely keeps it close. No bet, but could be worth it if Warren climbs too much higher. Current best line 1.68 at

Koreshkov over Oropeza: Not expecting this one to be close. Line of 1.18 at not worth playing. We bet 1 unit on under 1.5 rounds. Line is 2.35 at Bookmaker.

Galvao over Vasquez: Similar to Koreshkov, Galvao should easily win, likely by knockout. We bet 1 unit on the under here too. Under 2.5 rounds is at 2.25 at Pinnacle.

McGeary over Mucitelli: Expecting Mucitelli’s aggression and power to be too much and for him to get a quick knockout win. Put 2 units on the under 1.5 rounds which was at 2.50 last night on Bookmaker. This was a Tweeted play.

Caldwell over Pingitore: Can’t believe the line here, Pingitore is 13.00 at We won’t be betting it, but if you laid down a half unit, we wouldn’t blame you. Bellator tends to be unpredictable with seasoned veterans, never mind relatively inexperienced fighters.

Next up for us is UFC Fight Night 40: Silva vs Brown. We hope to have our early picks and bets out this weekend! Stay tuned to our Twitter and Facebook.
